Notice of NEW Regulation 14 public consultation for Leckhampton

After a big response to last year's consultation, your parish council is consulting on a revised version of the Neighbourhood Plan. We want to guide future development in Leckhampton and Warden Hill, help to safeguard our precious green spaces, protect our heritage and encourage all local authorities to deliver on your priorities including climate action, safer and cleaner travel and reduced flood risk.
As you asked, the revised plan is shorter and easier to read. It has more evidence attached in appendices covering
everything from local landscape value, where we want better cycle links, our population and social profile and more.

Details on how to read the plan and take part
are on the back of this leaflet attached below. There is also more information on the NP page on the website where you will finad the latest draft plan.

The consultation
closes at 5pm on Friday 20 January 2023.

There is an event on January 7th at Burrows's Field Pavilion between noon and 5pm. come along to speak to Cllrs about the plan.

You can complete the consultation on line, see link below or if you prefer to complete a hard copy then please email or by writing to
Leckhampton with Warden Hill Parish Clerk, The Old Bell House,
