Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - Section 257Order Making Authority: Gloucestershire County CouncilTitle of Order: WILDLIFE AND COUNTRYSIDE ACT - SECTION 53(Public Footpath CHL 9) (Parish Of Leckhampton) Stopping Up Order 2019
The Inspectorate considers that it is in everyone's interest for all objections and representations to be publicly available. Gloucester County Council will make all objections/representations, along with any others made in relation to this case, availablefor viewing at their offices. They have also been asked to ensure that all statements of case and any other document submitted in relation to this case be made available for public inspection in due course.
Having examined this Order and associated documentation, it is proposed to hold a loca linquiry. Arrangements for an inquiry are now being made and details will be sent in due course
At the current moment the Inquiry is due to go ahead virtually, via Microsoft Teams. This decision has been taken due to the ongoing Covid-19 restrictions, scope of the Order, and the feedback from the Validation and Tech survey sent to all parties.
However, if restrictions are sufficiently lifted, the decision to run a face-to-face or blended Local Inquiry may be taken.
