Warden Hill vacancy notice of approval for co-option
With the resignation of Cllr Phil Bennett there is now a vacancy on the Council to represent Warden Hill.
The position on the Parish Council to represent Warden Hill has been approved for co-option. This will be done at the Parish meeting on January 7th 2021.
We currently have one application.

WI meetings for Leckhampton and Warden Hill
Southfield Women's Institute covers Leckhampton, Charlton Kings, Hatherley and Warden Hill and meets at 7.30 pm on the second Tuesday of every month at Emmanuel Church Hall on Fairfield Parade, Leckhampton, Cheltenham.
The WI are a friendly group who welcome women of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs.
During the COVID pandemic, they are holding meetings plus additional quiz evenings on Zoom.

Hampers for vulnerable families in the Parish
The Parish Council donated an additional £1000 last week to support the raising of funds to provide hampers for vulnerable families effected by the impact of Covid 19.
Cllr Tony Oliver attended a presentation at Warden Hill Primary school and Belmont school togive the hampers organised by Morrisons

Cotswold Volunteer Wardens repair work on footpath CHL8
Thanks so much to the cotswold volunteer Wardens who have worked hard to do this work and make the footpath safer

Warden Hill Christmas tree light up and carols at St Christopher's Church
At 5pm this evening Reverend Gary Grady led the 50 strong gathering of parishioners (socially distanced) who came along to see the Christmas tree at St Christopher's church, Warden Hill be lit up for the festive season. Carols were sung and Christmas was welcomed in.

LOTTS MEADOW
The Parish Council asked Bovis/Vistry to put up new signs on the posts around the wildlife area of the meadow as the previous ones have been wripped off and torn up and left lying about.
PLEASE LEAVE the new ones in place and respect this wildlife area.
